Rwanda: Thank you to the presidents of the countries of East Africa
THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN: THE EAST AFRICAN COUNTRIES SHARE WITH RWANDANS THAT PAUL KAGAME A WARMONGER OF THE REGION SHOULD NOT CELEBRATE THE SO CALLED LIBERATION DAY.
It was on the 4th July 1994 where the RPF led by current president of Rwanda Paul Kagame took Kigali a Rwanda capital. The RPF calls itself a liberation movement because it was the aftermoth of genocide took nearly a thousand of human lives. However, large number of researchers and witnesses do not hesitate to show the RPF main role in such lost lives. The RPF from Uganda army launched a devasteting war in Northern part of Rwanda then 4 years later the rwandans genocide took place. With long period of war, casualties and anger among rwandese people could allow genocide to take place.
Now 25 years after RPF took power rwandeses have passed through difficulties. First based on dictatorship of president Paul Kagame who denied the sharing power with different groups of Rwandans. The sharing of power was first in Arusha agreement that was signed between the RPF rebel group and the government of that time led by Juvenal Habyalimana. President Habyalimana was in airplain crashed by being shoot down. The act of terrorism that triggered genocide and Paul Kagame is accused of leading such terrorist act.
President Paul Kagame who never hesitate to kill he also puts ahead liers by showing the worldwide that he is innocent of all accusations. However, his criminal acts have never ceased to expose for example closing borders with neighbour countries namely Uganda and Burundi offers the true image of a criminal he can be. In Rwanda the citizens are governed by any kind of crimes you can imagine totally as terrorism. People killed, disappeared, imprisoned without charges. Hunger, poverty, inequality while in his liers Kagame shows the world that Rwandan women are parliamental majority.
On this day of liberation most Rwandans precisely those living out of Rwanda believe that it is a date of shame. Because people living in exile for long time while many others still moving out of the country for asylum seeker. Political prisons in Rwanda are at large scale, so, all these do not show a democracy of any country. But president Paul Kagame in his allogance will pretend to call himself avisionary who is above other regional leaders which is not true.
In conclusion, the RPF and Kagame liberation day is one of darkest of Rwanda history. Not only Rwandans suffer from such incident but also the whole region of greatlakes where Paul Kagame manipulation activities take place. Finaly all African leaders especially in East-Africa should be aware of Kagame regime existing but support the opposition to have a voice in one way or another. That will end the impunity but support freedom, democracy and long term development of the region and Africa as whole.
