Massacres of Rwandan refugees in DRC by Raia Mutomboki sponsored by Paul Kagame.

Attached herewith are some photos displaying the atrocities involving crimes against humanity and crimes of war perpetrated against both civilians and Rwandan refugees,   by the armed groups, which have been operating within the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo (RDC) and which had been both designed and sponsored by Rwandan incumbent President the dictator General Paul KAGAME and his government.

The Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR) are hereby denouncing RAIA MUTOMBOKI, which armed group is responsible of the killings in question, whose evidences are substantiated by the photos attached herewith; and which group had been created by President KAGAME and his government and had been at his services, killing civilians and hunting down Rwandan refugees within the eastern DRC and therefore destabilising the safety and security of local populations in particular and of the whole African Great Lakes Region in general.

Furthermore, FDLR is hereby confirming that solid evidences beyond any shadow of doubt, from various independent sources are available to prove that Raia Mutomboki has been engaging in systematic killings of civilians and Rwandan refugees within the localities of Walikale, more precisely in Shario and Katoyi areas, in Northern Kivu province.

Finally, FDLR is calling upon the international community to concretely put more pressure on President KAGAME and his government and his armed allies within the eastern DRC to stop the killings of innocent civilians and Rwandan refugees, and also to investigate the present allegations as to establish the full responsibility of Raia Mutomboki, based on additional factual evidences which are more likely to be both found and available on the ground.
