PROMOTION OF AN "AFRICAN HITLER" AS THEIR "KIND OF GUY".

An article published, August 28, 2018, in "The Jerusalem Post" about Rwanda, with an unexpected headline, has attracted my attetion : "Exclusive: Former Israeli officials helping Rwanda join OECD".

If everything goes well, Rwanda, my country, one of the most poorest nations on earth would be the first of a kind to join the "world's most developed economies, known as the "Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD)."

It is with consternation and disappointment that responsible Rwandans opposed to Kagame's military and dictatorial regime learnt about this unexpected and undignified ISRAEL'S initiative. As it is presented to the public on one hand, it seems to be an impressive initiative indeed undertaken in favor of a poor and small country like Rwanda, a country striken by sad and multiple events, but on the other hand appears to many Rwandans in particular and to responsible Africans in general as a cover-up of some underground maneuvers organized by Rwanda's President Paul Kagame. This is his way of manoeuvring tricks of such a kind in order to saveguard his own interests by facilitatting the selling out the important strategic minerals of the Democratic Republic of Congo to different multinational companies some in Europe and some others in North America.

The selling of Congolese minerals by the Rwandan dictator is no longer a secret to anyone, since the country, at time called Zaire, was sadly conquered by the Rwandan invading army in1988, and then became the "Democratic Republic of Congo", or "DRC"! Today, it is a disguised colony under the control of cronies and thieves under the unthinkable protection of the Rwandan army, an army of "conquerors" of a country 85 times their so called country of origin. Today we do not know who controls the ironically called "Democratic Republic of Congo" among these: Kagame and the Rwandan army, MONUSCO (United Nations Forces) or the former bodyguard and aide de camp of General Kabarebe, as of now the Rwandan Minitster of Defense, or Joseph Kabila, "son" of the assassinated President imposed to then Zaïre in 1988, a celebrated year of RPF's army conquest of the geat and "richest country" (in minerals") on the Africa continent.

Since Paul Kagame came to power as President of Rwanda in 2.000, we have heard hapless tales like those spread all over Europe and North America and pubished in the international press and social media by his lobbies, solidly established in western and recently in a special country of Israel.

The untold story, however, is yet to be addressed about the real Rwanda as a devastated country by terror, poverty and malnutrition of the majority of the Rwandese population, mainly the peasants living in villages, or in the mountains and hills without light and clean water. That is the real Rwanda indeed, totally different from President Kagame's Rwanda of clean cities to impress tourists, as for the benefit of his personal business. Forbidden cities to poor Rwandan citizens, including the capital of Rwanda, Kigali with its empty buildings with magnificent towers and beautiful internationals hotels around, like Radisson and Marriott hotels, with an impressive so called "the Kigali Conference Center".

The Rwandan people are today mostly deprived of their properties, the Human Rights Watch, HRW, condemned and RSF, the Reporters Without Borders (RWB) were alarmed about such a disappointing and intolerable situation. Meanwhile the lobbies are applauding the tyrant for his achievements within a country, poor Rwanda, experiencing a brand of a new kind of "African apartheid". You admire Paul Kagame! But I think that helping Rwanda to get out of tyrannical atmosphere would sound great to safeguard the dignity of the majority of the Rwandan poor people.
