My understanding is that Kagame’s problem is that his cells in Kampala have been destroyed since the arrest of General Kayihura, Kagame’s last surviving groups in Kampala are being arrested one by one knowing that his ground is finished he wants to stop these arrests. What Kagame is not telling his people is that four of his Majors were arrested in Uganda with large sums of money they had crossed over to mobilise groups, these four were arrested in Kansanga, efforts to negotiate a release were not successful even after Tony Blair former Prime Minister Of UK called General Museveni. Anti am not declassifying information for Ugandans they deserve to know the real Kagame.

Let me declassify this for him here for Ugandan readers to know, “ those he put on the list arrested are actually not Rwandans technically. They have Ugandan national cards that were illegally acquired, others came in and forged to be refugees this now exposes them, if you said you have problems in Rwanda how come it’s Rwanda now fighting to get you after being arrested? These were spies sent to Uganda to for Rwanda's ulterior motives. They have been spotting people they think are against Kagame and kidnapping them with the help of Kayihura.

Unfortunately for Rwanda, the international community is aware of his games, he has been warned in South Africa, UK, Belgium, France, Canada, and the USA. Uganda is actually under pressure to act against reports that our security was working closely with Rwanda to illegally repatriate refugees, so Kagame has no case on the international stage, in any case, he is guilty by fact.
